Non-Returnable Items

- Any products with broken seals or compromised packaging

Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange products for a different item of equal value. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Shipping Costs
- Returns due to our error: Free return shipping
- Customer-initiated returns: Customer pays return shipping
- Exchanges: We cover shipping for the replacement item
