Refund Information

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Cat Worming Tablets & Treatments – Opened packaging
  • Dog Worming Tablets & Treatments – Opened packaging
  • Flea & Tick Treatments for Cats/Dogs – Once opened
  • Any products with broken seals or compromised packaging

These restrictions help ensure all pet health products remain safe and effective for every customer.

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange products for a different item of equal value:

  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Shipping Costs

  • Returns due to our error: Free return shipping
  • Customer-initiated returns: Customer pays return shipping
  • Exchanges: We cover shipping for the replacement item

Damaged or Incorrect Items
