4.3 Order Changes and Cancellations

You may request order changes or cancellations within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting our customer service team. Once an order enters processing, changes may not be possible.

5. Returns and Refunds

We’re happy to exchange products for different items of equal value. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll pay the difference; if it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
